basic install quesitons

Ok... what I plan to do.
I'm running nice speakers in the doors and pretty nice speakers in the rear pods (alpine and kenwood).
I've got a 4ch 400w amp to run those speakers and a 2ch 780w amp to run two 12" subs in the trunk.
I wanna mount one amp under each of the front seats. I want to leave the car so that at any time I can take my sub box out of the rear and be able to haul stuff back there. Amps under the seat also puts them out of site, and mean they should be there when I come out of the store.
So my questions...
1. Do the front seats just unbolt? (basic question, I'm new to honda)
2. Is there and exsisting hole in the firewall to run a large power wire through, or do I need to make one.
3. Is it ok just to screw the amps into the floor under the seats. (I don't see what it wouldn't be, just can't hurt to ask)

Comments
1. Yes
2. Yes (an oval shaped rubber plug is where I run them)
3. I wouldn't as this would introduce more places for rust to form but it shouldn't hurt anything being there.
