another car not starting.... :(***MAIN RELAY FIXD***

88 4wd... and when its hot in the mornings my car does not want to start... then in the evenings its fine or when the weather is cooler... i dont really know where i got this idea from but when this started to happen more and more i would just use jumper cables and the car would start... any ideas on what the problem is... main relay?? helllp...

    Main fuel relay more then likely..

    It is on the left side of the dash if you are sitting in the driver seat.. It is hidden behind some plastic.. (it's brown)

    Remove it, pry the brown plastic cover off, then re-solder the ends that you will see..

    Then you will be set.

    mine did the same thing in hot weather. i just got another from the junkyard for $6. butttt its gotten me stranded a couple times before as well haha.

    just get one new from Honda. i think its like $41

    Soldering is easy.. Google instructions and I'm sure you will find something..

    Test your alternator and re-check the main fuel relay.
