Lol I'm going to be pulling my trnas here soon to do the clutch. I have been dreading it as well. Prolly won't be at the meet, but if I am it will be in the Pac or the teg. Sometime if you wanted to take some shots of the wagons that would be cool. I will guarantee I will make your wagon look even better parked to my wagon on stilts lol.
hahahaha on stilts. as for the meet it doesnt look too promising with all this shitty weather we have been having.
and yeah i would be down to take some pics sometime, that would be pretty sick.
thanks brother!
woulda had pictures up last nite, but i got home from a meet late and was tired as sh!t.
anyways, here they are as promised. after i sort of detailed it.
o ya, got a quick question...
how can i get the side moldings off without breaking the clips?
also how do you take the rear bumper off?
thanks for the info in advance...
The rear bumper? I don't remember a write-up. Here goes from memory:
Take the rear mudflaps off and any other screws along the wheel arch.
Where the 'frame rails' terminate at the rearmost bulkhead (under the car)there are these weird plastic covers held on with those plastic expansion clips (phillips head thingies). Get those covers off and the bumper nuts are acorn nuts (12mm?)you will then see.
But wait! There's more!
From inside the car there are 2 more of those acorn nuts. They're behind the plastic trim panel below the hatch. Look for two sort of semicircular pop-out covers along the lower edge, the nuts are behind them.
sweet, thanks bam!
gonna hopefullget my car all primered up this weekend and get it prepped for paint so this is very helpful.
just picked up an Si-r bumper too, but it needs work. =[
got new plans....
gonna fully strip it and color change.
paint the dash and everything black.
its gonna be a while before i get updates, but ill keep everyone posted.
sounds awesome.
i can't wait to see how the interior turns out.
(i tried some of that interior spray crap on an office chair and it didn't last a day. i didn't clean it very good though)
just ordered a bunch of random sh!t.
- skunk 2 extended wheel studs
- nrg slim quick release
- wood momo monte carlo wheel
- yellow hi beam bulbs
- new struts for my hatch
- itr shift boot
i should have it all in this week.

steering wheel is in ohio, started out in malaysia lol.
got the studs too, and the itr boot is in. just needed a little trimming.
before i do the wheel studs im gonna try to get rear discs on and all new wheel bearings.
prolly selling my rotas soon and getting something way iller.
ya i love it.
all it is is just push a button and twist it either open or closed.
i had to trim the momo hub boot down a little though so it wouldnt hang up on it when i would twist it.
