Removing Windshield washer motor.

do i need to drain anything first?

i removed the bumper, 2 bolts, then a bigg spider came and it's dark outside so i'll finish tomorrow and i'm making sure i'm doing it right.

just remove the bumper, bolts on the bottle thing, pull it out.

is the motor right there as well?

and wagons don't have rear windshield washers do they? if so, wheres the motor on it?

it justs taking up space and i bondo'ed the washer holes on my hood anyways so i'm removing it to save a pound or to and get it out of my way.

the washer motor is attached to the reservoir. both the rear washer and the front on use the same reservoir. so yes, wagons have a rear window washer nozzle. under the spoiler.
  • Draining: no its a self contained jug, if you want to let the liquid out you can either hold your squirters on until it runs out, or just pull the motor out of its seal on the reservoir and the liquid will rush out. If I were you since you dont have washer nozzles, leave the unit in and make a squirt gun that shoots out the side of your car cause you already got the trigger on your steering column! haha ok jk...

Like wagodizzle said, its on the reservoir, uses 2 sepperate motors. You can just pulled the fenderliner out and sneak it out that way instead of removing the whole bumper. I assume your removing the silicone washer tubing too? The fronts will be easy but you have the one individual hose running all the way to the upper back glass, might leave that one in unless you wanna take a lot stuff out to get it out correctly, or just yank real hard!! j/k  Lets see how it looks when you get it cleaned up, ttyl!
