paint help

just found out my moms boyfriend has a really high end paint gun (the kind they paint houses with)

he also has loads of white, red, black and other misc colors of rustoleom paint.

i figured i'd paint the car this weekend.

help me pick, oh and fyi, it's going to have painted bumpers, no black bumper coating, etc.

i was thinking maybe red with a black hood and the red painted bumpers with black trim?

really? why a black hood going for that fake carbon fiber look?

it'll match with the black and red interior.

and the rims are going to be black as well.

WHITE! white confuses the eyes and hides imperfections and dings. it will look so much cleaner even if you are not a professional body man.

since i'm using a paint gun, 50% rustoleom white and 50% mineral spirits? i'm going to do 4 or 5 thin coats and 1 thick coat, wetsand, then buff it really good.

    sound good/right?
