Second wagon. :) Finally!

Well, I know I told a few of you that I was getting a second wagon. Anyways, the run down. 1991 2wd 5 speed. 190,508 miles. Needs a clutch. Needs new door molding and stripping. The hood, roof, and top of the right fender are faded badly. Interior....needs cleaning and recovered drivers seat. There is no cat, seems someone put a straight pipe in. Windshield is scratched from the wiper blades. But otherwise she's in good shape. Not to mention she's dirty as hell!

Haha, nah. I do think I want to get it right and flip it. Hopefully make enough on it that I can get an Accord wagon. :) lol In due time though.

Haha, yeah. I'll be able to clean it up later today, hopefully it will make a difference.

Cleaned it up today. Washed it, vacuumed the interior out, and changed to my nicer stock wheels. I took the front seats and lower console piece out. Here are some pictures.

woohoo! hey man, a wagon is a wagon, no matter how dirty 8) at least yours is rust free :x

so far your progress looks good ;)

I've decided I'm going to prep the car and try the roller paint idea on it. I was just reading on it for an hour or two. If it comes out bad I'll just take it to Sprayglo.

are you going to remove all the dents, etc first? if so, a friend of mine went to "dent doctor" a few weeks ago and he had around 4 or 5 minor dents and it was around 230$ to have them all fixed and it looked really good.

i've read a lot on the rolling option as well, just make sure you get really high density rollers and i also read that the thinner the first 3 coats are the better it holds up, make the 4th coat really think and that shits basically bullet proof if you're using rustolem.

Yea, they say get it as thin as possible before it would run and it will pretty much self-level. This is the information I have read through.

Cool, Accord wagons are neat, too. Are you asking me to trade? I didn't get the sentence towards the end there.
