RT4WD waggy sway bar!

If one looks close at the link in this tread http://www.hondacivicwagon.com/board/vi ... php?t=3723, one will understand the differences between fitting say bar in 2WD waggy and RT4WD waggy..
I've done it, but it doesn't work the same way as for 2WD waggy!
2WD waggy doesn't have differantial bussiness hanging above rear sub frame.
It can be clearly seen in this picture...

In order to attach sway bar to 4WD waggy, one has to utilize middle and rear mounting holes where tow brakets were (in order to clear vibration dampner on rear diff)
This moves links further away from LCA. (about 2 inches)
What I've done was I used spacer to compensate for lenght difference.(for now).
I am planning to use heim joints that I have to complete sway bar links.
Or the other option is to cut and extend end links of sway bar by welding a tube (not much sterss there) ....
    here are some pics:

what differences do you see in handling with this setup?

As of now I have less oversteer. However, I still have to figuer out rear-end spring rate. FOr now it is too soft.
The front has a firm feel to it when hutting speed bump, the rear floats and soaks the bump like there was none...
I am waiting for Skunk2 sleeves to retrofit rear struts with different coils...
Also, To get full benefit out of current sway bar se-ut I need to eliminate that ugly long bolt with guzzilion spacers because it has to much leverage and rotates LCA when sway bar is acitve!
    P.S
I've decided to cut ends of sway bar and weld tubes to extand ends about 2 inches.
I have some DOM tubing (from my old jeep steereing set-up) I can use for this lil project!

Very nice. This is similar to how I installed my bar on the b-series wagon. I did however make new pads for the bushings to move them forward so I didnt need to make that long ass link that you plan to eliminate. Mine still needs some refining though. My heim joints are a little too stressed for my liking.
