B-Pillar and C-pillar, where can i get them? help!

i have seen a few wagons on here that have a c pillar, its the one that is behind the rear seat's head rest. the b-pillar is behind the front seat's head rest, where can i find these, and what model would i need to order them...

    so, the DA c-pillar is the winner and the EF c-pillar is the loser.
