Well my best guess would be to go to Honda, ask to see a diagram of the a/c parts, and buy what you don't already have.

But be ready to spend quite a bit

i have my ac kit that i removed from my wagon. if your interested pm me
  • I would get it from curt above because a lot of what you will need new from Honda isnt available anymore like the sanden compressor to start with, good luck! Go used and refill with R134a, might require a retrofit kit for the high side and low side charge ports if it hasnt been switched over to the new industry standard yet.

I had some followup questons on the above.

    a) will the hardlines from any 88-91 civic work for the wagon?

    b) does "88-91/96" above mean at 96 civic AC unit would also work?

    Thanks

    a.) yes

b.) 88-91 denotes USDM models. in other areas around the world the 4th gen wagon continued up until 96. so thats why, 88-96 ;) but no, a unit from a '96 USDM civic wont work in the wagon.
