Hood latch help

Ok, seeing as how the wagon will be on the road soon, we hope. I am going to start getting some of the majorr things done on it. Right now my back left rim is getting rebeaded and painted, so it won't leak, but I have 1 other big problem. Recently the hood decided not to latch anymore. My uncle and I tried oiling it up and all but no luck. We need some help, any suggestions?

    Loosen the latch bolts and move the latch around until it sits in a good place.
