Front Bumper?

I've searched, read around but I still have questions.

How much cutting is needed for that lip to fit? and is the bolt pattern the same? or do new holes need cutting..
also, how many differnet front bumpers just bolt right on? no drilling for bolt holes? i could care less about cutting the corners.
