which bumper lens do you guys like better

now that i have clear corners i was entertaining the idea of getting amber bumper lenses.... again, i am 50/50 on this idea.. help me out, haha..

Amber ones compliment the fender markers....Clear ones compliment the corners...Either way but I would do amber.

i was actually thinking about getting amber bulbs in my clear corners, but amber inserts? those may really look ill... cant wait to see it mang!

On your car, I like the amber ones. Somehow it seems a little more Euro to me (since that's the look you have going). Even though true Euro cars probably have clear lenses.

It's the easiest thing in the world to make an OEM clear lens completely clear. Remove the lens from the light assembly. There's an amber "filter" that clips around the bulb to make the white light amber. Remove it. Replace the clear bulb with an amber bulb, and you're done. Total cost: FREE! Though I'll bet you can buy them for $20 plus $50 shipping on eBay...

If you're going clear, I recommend a pair of Sylvania Silverstar bulbs, which are amber bulbs with a coating on the outside so that you don't get the ugly amber reflection inside a clear lens. Here's how it looked on my Saturn:



The light assemblies are nice and clear all the way across, rather than clear headlights and clear-but-amberish turn signals.

yeah i know about that amber insert, but thanks for the tip man!

about "euro" stuff though... the EDM bumper lights were the same as the USDM ones throught the different years. so this is pretty much a preferance thing now :P haha theonly issue i have with the orange bumper lights is that is looks a bit too deep and "old." i like the ones turbo-teg has/had though on his, they were aftermarket oranghe ones that had more of a shine.

i found them on yahoo japan. they were listed as crx. I doubt theyre del sol crx cause those are a different shape.
