    yah i like the old jetta coupes... buddy of mine had one til he wrapped it aound a tree after a guy blind sided him. it was slammed to the ground, recaro red race buckets and a big ass VR6 shoehorned in the front!

    hehe, only problem with a lift is that i am getting spoiled, almost never work on a car on the ground any more=/

    yesterday i did some painting and cleaning in the engine bay. it was so boring with everything black and dirty ;)

    i need to do some wire tuck, but that will have to wait, gone change the engine to a 2.0 with 115hp original but with some goodies on it ;)
    huge jump from the 1,8 90hp carburetor cap thats in it now

    and i painted the outer edge of the grill

    i modified my blinkers to house the park lights (as it's called in Norway)

    cut out a chunk of the orange and glued a blank peace of plexi glass

    i think they were sold in USA, its a rare sight over here to. i did not know about them before i saw the ad for this one :P

    and its damn large to be a coupe =P

    i will gladly change the jetta with a 4wd shuttle in the same condition (but they don't exist)

    I Love 2 door jettas. They came out here in the U.S. too
    One of my high school buddies had a red one.
    I like it with the smaller bumpers. Yours still looks good with the big ones though.

    getting a 7a engine this week =) 5cyl 20v 170hp =) going to restore the engine, chip it and stick it in the passat/quantum
