Oh, and in order for the car to roll backwards the clutch must be pushed in and the car has to be rolled forwards and backwards repeatedly until you've moved it where you need it. Talk about screwy.
Meh, I'd consider that over turbo at this point, just for the torque and consistent power. lol Talked to Yoda (bam) about towing the wagon to his place for the trans swap asap! My parts from synchrotech will be here Thursday and then I'll drop my trans off to my buddy John to get to work! Then it's install time! I miss my wagon.
So the one of the diff bearings for my LSD trans is what failed, wearing a groove into my case beyond reusing and broke teeth off the GSR ring gear. So at this point I'm buying a b16 diff with factory LSD and selling the phantom grip. But in order to get this all assembled I'll have to get my car to Bam's as early as possible tomorrow and pull the LS that's in it now and HOPE the case is good. Here's also hoping the stage 2 Competition Clutch is still good. :? Talk about a stressful week!
Sucks to roll hard.....apparently I was leaking fluid so slowly that I couldn't tell from feeling the trans/ground. And not to mention the part mainly missing was on the backside if you look under from the front.
It turns out the failure in the LSD trans was that it was actually an LS diff/gear not a GSR. So it was like 64 teeth instead of 66 or something along those lines.
Hopefully things go smoothly today with the install and afterwards.
Trans is leaking. I'm ready to give the hobby up at this point. I'm getting sick and tired of wasting money on no results. Sure the car moves, but how long before something goes out? I'm sure it can be fixed with some sort of work, but I can't expect my friends to drop what they're doing to let me use their space/lend a hand with tracing down these dumbass issues over and over again. -sigh-
I just jacked the car up on lunch here at work and tightened all the bottom end bolts with a torque wrench and tightened my fill and drain plugs. I'm going to let it Sit in the shop since its raining and see if that takes care of it.

I think the same thing, I had to hunt down a power supply for mine. I thought I had the worst luck. Just gotta keep pushing through it man. Also dont mean to sound like a wierdo but sometimes I just close my eyes and pray. Does help alot.
Thanks for the offer! Turns out it was the motherboard....$432 later I now have an i5 system with a new motherboard, power supply, and 8gbs of ram. Haha
I'd put some money aside I was saving for an i7 to build around, but I decided to go i5 for now and potentially upgrade later. The motherboard I got is pretty stout, so I should be fine with just the cpu upgrade.
