Can I use a DX wagon dash/cabin harness in RT4wd?

The dash/cabin harness as well as engine harness in my 88 rt4wd is trashed and unsalvageble. If I am unable to find a clean 88 rt4wd dash/cabin harness am I able to use a DX dash/cabin harness with the matching dpfi engine harness and convert them to mpfi? I know that the harness have to be year matching and dpfi or mpfi matching which is why I would use matching dpfi cabin and engine harness if I am able to.

I believe that you are correct. If you use the correct year it will work!
