RT4WD Automatic Transmission question

Hey guys, wondering if anyone knows if the RT4WD AT trans from Japan is a direct bolt on replacement? My reverse gear clicks and I found a local shop with a jdm trans for cheap that I may just swap in their rather then rebuilding the currents trans. Please chime in if you know. Thanks!
