1985 Honda civic 4x4

Wondering what I should ask for my 1985, I'm the second owner and is in really good condition (no rust, only minor dings), but needs drivers seat upholstered. I've taken good care of it, but it didn't pass smog this time around, I have one of the catalytic conv. (the rear weld in one) and think it may need this installed or possibly the one attached to the exhaust manifold (or both).
Lots of new parts on it (tires, alt, carb, shocks, led head lights, plugs, cap and rotor, ect). Any help would be appreciated.
I even have the original sales receipt from Honda of Mountian View Ca.
I was thinking at starting at $2000, only because the 4x4's are rarer. Seems the carburetor is less desirable than the injection, am I right?

I believe 85 was the first year of 4x4 Civics in the US. With that said, they don't command the same price as 88-91 primarily due to the carb issue and the fact that 88-91 years also benefit from the EF's and CRX huge aftermarket popularity (and shared some parts). If it is in excellent condition, low miles, and a manual transmission car, you might find a special person to pay $2-3.5K. Why don't you post some pictures?

Sold it for 1000, and the new owner said he would work on the smog system to make it pass when he's ready to legally drive. (I gave him the new under cat. but think there might be a second one under the header).
