rear tow bar/2" receiver options?!

I know the Curt one is around, but it's not so stable and looking to get a rear bike rack from One Up but it is proprietary to the 2" receiver.
anyone with any insight? make my own? other vehicle and mod?
this is one topic I haven't seen much done with for wagons.
it must be a 2" receiver and sturdy.
