JDM CRV question/help?

Hey gang, long time no post. No, not a question about a wagon, but close. I also don't want to go and ask on some other bs forum; I trust you guys.

So I'm helping a friend buy a car. Seeing if I can help him not end up with a lemon. He found an imported '96 JDM CRV with low mileage. Looks alright from the pictures. We're gonna go see it this weekend.

Issue: It's a '96; the very first run of these in Japan, and I noticed it has a 4x100 bolt pattern.

Question: What North American vehicle do you reference parts for (rotors, pads, shoes, drums, wheel bearings, hubs, etc) when at the counter at NAPA? I'm thinking same year Civic, thoughts?

It's real as far as I can tell...

I don't see anyone gaining or benefiting anything by photoshopping 4-lug wheels onto a CRV...

I came across this as well. It was one of our members from NZ that pointed me to the fact that the 96 was indeed a 4 lug. Are you sure it is a 4x100 because I was under the impression it was 4x114. Here in Europe the Cr-V wasn't available till 97 which was as we all know was a 5 lug so I was surprised to hear about a 4 lug as well.
