Zach's Wagovan Restoration

Hi. Just bought a turd that I plan to polish until it is a coveted classic! The bones are good, a blue '91 RT4WD civic wagon. Manual of course. Beyond that, pretty much everything is falling apart and I will try and fix. Join me in my journey. Pointers/tips/advice is welcome since I don't know much. Off to a good start, I'd recommend using index cards next time you paint your wheels. It will save you on supplies and the headache of scraping paint off tires.

Need a little help. Can't remember how this fits back into the wheel well. No orientation seems to line up the screw holes. A pic of it in there would be much appreciated.
