wheel fitment 13inch on rt wagon?

hey guys sorry if this is old but before I buy these used set of rims I wanted to make sure I can fit them.
these are oem Honda rims steelies. 13 inches.
will these fit a stock 91 RT wagon civic?
the original rims on the stock wagon were 14 inches and if I remember, its was a close fitment already.
can anyone confirm the fitment please.
