1987 wagon erratic idle, wont idle

hi guys im new to this site but i wish someone would help me with my idle problem. i got a 1987 2wd civic wagovan that just wont idle right it would not stay in one place and just yesterday it would not idle at all so i adjust the fast idle to make it idle but the idle still keep going up and down. recently had the carburetor rebuild. still with the same problem. it gets worst when i turn all the lights and radio together. can someone help me or give me idea to go about on how to fix this problem. any ideas would be appreciated.
