I have been having problems with my wago braking my transfer case in two different trannies, any ideas why could this be happening?

What is breaking? I run mine pretty hard and it's converted to part time 4x4.

First off its not a wagovan if it has a transfer case.....now that that is out of the way.

What exactly is breaking? Are the teeth on the gears breaking? Is the case breaking?
