After watching the explanation I fully support everything he did. The man almost cried when he thought he was taking the last ride in his wagon. That's true wagon love. Respect to Luke and I can't wait to see what he does in the future.
I picked up my $500 blue rust bucket and brought it to win FTD at a rallyx this teim last year, then a huge roadtrip the next 3 days just to have the RTA mount threads rip out of the frame from rust.
wasnt supposed to run at all when i got it. 13k miles later i checked off some stuff on its bucket list and sent it to be crushed after a strip. It was still hard to put even that shell on the trailer.
same reason I don't give a fuck when people give me a hard time about my car. I've already put thousands of miles on her, slept on the beach, road trips, etc. That's what a car is about to me, making memories and going on adventures. Sure, I'd love to have a super nice car that goes 150mph, but man, nothing like being on the road and not being afraid to turn around and go explore a gravel road that most civics wouldn't think twice about going down
