Well then, I'm in Cali. But does anybody know how to make a JDM motor smog legal in CALI?
Questions like these should not even be asked on the internet. The obvious answer is to call your local Smog Station and ask them what you need to do to make it work.

No...questions like this should be asked in their own thread, not tacked on to an existing sticky post. The topic is ZC specs. Reel your tangents in.

Are you serious? The amount of people here from Cali are minimal, and ontop of that he is asking about a ZC specific swap in Cali. His best bet is to call his local Smog officer and ask them what they want for it to pass smog. Shouldn't you always ask directly from the source instead of the internet? I could just give him bad info and he could go out and waste alot of time and money, or I can give him the cold hard facts. And that is, your local smog officer will know exactly what you will need. Look up his number in the phone book.
Second to that, go on Honda-tech.com and see what other have done in there swapped hatchs/crxs.
