the other night i removed my cluster and cleaned
the connections, reinstalled everything and made
sure connection snapped back inplace,
in my case the connectors were very dirty and after
i reinstalled everything i turned her over and
cycled through the gears and BAM! it
worked, might just be me but it's worth a shot
might be worth it to note, mine is an automatic
I had a 91 hatch with the same problem - switches checked out good. Removed the cluster, bulbs, everything looked good. Then I plugged it back in and the lights worked again.
Sounds like a fuse, I would check them all again. There are a few in there that aren't labeled as well as they could be and can effect things you wouldn't expect.
