alright dude, i hope this helps.. if you have any questions i guess just ask 
this bull bar came off a small Kia SUV that was originally mounted onto the chassis by 4 bolts. i had to simply cut the inner brace and weld it to the other side of the bull bar. then it simply mounted/bolted up straight onto these stock "tow hook" thingies under the car....
red = bolt
green = future bolt
blue = bolt i welded onto bullbar that leans against front cross member to hold it in place (temp. solution)
white = outline of front "tow hook" area under car.
this pic shows a top view of how i mounted the bull bar (front of car --->)
black = bull bar
red = tow hook thingy
blue = bolts
