Yet another 4WD drive train power question

Sorry
I have read a lot of posts on here and the concensus seems to be that it'll take about 200bhp before one starts to have problems.
Why? :?
I'm wondering how this number was arrived at.
I've always been told by people that the 4WD system was really weak and it'd not take much power, but having bought one I'm seriously impressed with it.
Is there any empirical evidence that people have used to state 200bhp or is it a best guess scenario ?
I believe that it could be quite a lot more and once I find a spare (just in case ) I'm going to try and prove it. It'd be nice to hear from people who have already been down this route.
Honda build very good gearboxes. I know a few people in the UK running 300bhp+ through essentially stock boxes without any trouble. The drag racers put more through them with modifications, but essentially it's still full of stock parts.
Who's running the most boost on here with 4WD ?

The same can be said for the supposed weakness of the drivetrain - its a guess! I hear it so often yet i have never seen an L3 4WD transmission break when correctly serviced.
When you launch it with that sort of power is the clutch slipping a lot or does it bite hard and then go ?
I had a R33 GTR Skyline for a bit which did 4WD launches quite well as you can imagine. Best way I could describe my Shuttle was like a Skyline with the turbo's removed
I'd love to see the CRX going with RWD only
