u have to drop the crossmember down to get that last bolt i know exactly which one your talking about infact tonight i was looking at that bolt on my crx wondering why honda did that it makes no sense......
:? DON'T need to drop cross member :!: I never have.
neither have I. just get a wrench or socket wrench that will fit in there. now if its rusted solid then its a problem. other then that just some elbow grease should get it out.
Oh in that case you'd need to cut it off i guess? When i looked at mine it looked like it had been riveted on there with some badass industrial rivets.
okay im taking pics of this today on the CRX so we can all see what were talking about and ill even attempt stuffing a wrench in there to get it loose but i swear i couldnt do it.....

I took a swivel end and a long extension and it came off the first try.
b16 mount is on now.
Also, I read in a manual that that bolt is a "special bolt" and must be replaced if removed.. I don't know about that though.
Ok Here is how it goes..
There is three bolts that hold the rear mount on... One in the back and two in the front..
The one in the back has the actual mount part in front of it making it hard to get to the rear bolt.. The end.
