  • UGH. Honda keeps making their cars uglier and uglier...........They havn't made anything good since the EM1. Fuck you Honda.

And, why do they keep making them bigger?

Shrink it back down and give us back 4 lug 4x100 wheels.. What happened to the idea of an economy car?
  • I lied, the S2000 came after the EM1....but other than that, shit.

thats just gross. ill take the EE anyday over that. my vote goes for just bringing the EE back as it was with the added benefit of the K20 and 6 speed :encouragement:

ok ok truth is i just want a 6 speed. not a low gear and 5 normal ones lol. i drive on the highway a lot. a true 6th gear would be nice. not have to have but would be nice. but my b18 doesnt have that. i do love my b18 more than the k block tho.

A civic is now a bigger car than it used to be, the Jazz/City has taken over

The new shuttle is actually called a Shuttle

Thats the Mugen one but you get the idea
  • I hate new cars. And that concept would sit in the #1 spot of ugliest cars within the last 5 years. Worse then the Hyundai Veloster. Do what Chevy did to the Camaro Honda. Bring back the good years, K20, 6 spd, realtime 4wd and 2wd options. And please, just make it look like a normal car.
  • Hyundai Veloster looks awesome! I quite like the concept and would be keen on a 2012 Fit Shuttle if I was in a position to buy one

First person I've talked to that likes the Veloster. 2012 Fit Shuttle is okay. Why has making headlights practically come up to the windshield become popular? The pillar between the two rear windows doesn't look right either. Other than that it's okay.

To sum it up. Old school ftw.
  • Im not saying the new cars look perfect but they dont look thaaaat bad, throw on a decent set of wheels, change the ride height and it would go a long way to looking pretty cool.
I mean the Original Civic wagon isnt exactly everyones idea of a good looking car either

Not sure I'm digging the Mugen one either.. But, Honda is making the attempt..

I just hope we get to see something in the US..

I'm sick of Honda teasing the USDM market and putting all the good stuff in the JDM & USDM Markets.. Why can't we get all the friggin goodies?
  • RT4WD and 6-speed manual or no care.

...also I've played this game in both the CRX and Prelude communities. I won't be holding my breath.

that pic is just a really poor photoshop rendering of a teaser sketch, i''m sure it will look at lot more civil in production form, possibly close to what the current civic 5-door does in europe.

as far as USDM market? not a chance... not till Honda pulls their heads out of their asses and realize that americans DO want the following:

    -compact to midsized WAGONS
    -diesel!
-and by god make them STICK SHIFT

Mazda may be headed in the right direction, but then again with the new 6 they still are not offering wagon, diesel or stick shift to the US market. ghey.

these companies need simply look at VW. the Jetta SportWagen is selling like hotcakes, with the diesel models in high demand.

    WAKE UP JAPAN!!!!!!!

    ^^agreed

It's the WRX philosophy. They gotta test the market before the flood gates open. Hopefully it happens before I give up on late model Hondas.

    THIS.

little off topic, but sorta not lol.. went and looked at the 2013 Accord today. if you want it in stick, you better like black cause its the only color choice with that tranny lol.
2013 Civic is only available in stick in LX trim, EX and above is only auto. shame!

anyway, please Honda, do not take out the joy for those of us who still enjoy "the drive"!

    'nuff said.
  • I drove a Ford Focus Wagon the other week, 6speed manual Turbo Diesel. That thing could haul ass! Only thing I didnt like was indicators on the Euro side of the steering coloum

I hope they don't make it too heavy like they did with the Honda Crosstour(3700-3900lbs) And the Acura TSX Wagon(3600lbs.).It better be around 2600 lbs or less. The Mugen Shuttle shown above. That looks like what the New Fit/Jazz should look like.I guess Honda is testing the waters in Europe before coming stateside.A lot of manufactures have Wagons now.Wht's holding up Honda?
