can't figure out which one is the oem fitment radiator?

i found many sites have the aftermarket radiators and they have those extra nipples on the bottom of the radiator. i guess those are for automatics or something. well i am looking for the one that i have which do not have the extra nipples on the bottom of the radiator.

the people at the online stores have no clue what i am talking about. they say the pics are generic so they use the same pics for different items.

this has no nipple

does anyone know which part number i need from these sites?

http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/produ ... =0&limit=2

if there are other sites that have better prices just post them up with the correct part number.

the upper rad is for a manual, the other is an auto plus HF(it has trans cooler lines built in for auto & HF mounting points as well)...

    What confusing sites

Why don't you go with the all aluminum one for about $100 w/a lifetime warranty on the 2nd link.

    Here's a few tips:
a)The pic for the alum.1 is probably generic. ??? is whether it has all the tabs for the fan,air intake hose, etc.
    b) Get the alum. 1.The prob I've seen are idiot mechanics lean on the air intake & CRACK the radiator top.
c)Isn't that the nipple for the AT hoses?I'd NOT worry about this. The prob you'll have is what fan your wgn came with.Look at your pics. The left(Pass.) side fan mounts are different. It's not a big prob 'cuz I ve seen guys mod the fan to fit the radiator.2 ways to mod it.

  SiWagon Secret Tip:Get the fan with the canard. It's actaully quieter & looks cooler, but is also the 1 you'll probably need to mod to fit.

 ANother SiWagon Theory Tip:I believe the lower radiator was a Mugen Skunkwerks part.Haven't had time to prove it though.

    thanks guys!
well the issue i have is that i modded it have a turbo setup in it. there is no room for the stock fan. i now have two slim fans.

i was able to correct the problem with just getting the one without the nipple. the guys on there have no clue what i was talking about and they had no way of actually getting the item in front of them. so they were no help.

i had purchased the radiator wrong the first time. its kinda a hastle but i eventually got the radiator returned. the second time around it was correct. no nipple.

i went with the stock one they said. they said that if i odered this one its the same one the dealers get. i guess it couldnt hurt. i tried a half radiator and it doesnt fit a 4wd civic. i can definitly vouch for that. the only way it would work is that the crossmember below would seriously needed to be modded. i was not going to attempt that after this issue. so i am now sticking with the oem size.
