May have found a second wagon!!

Ok, so i just bought a rt4wd wagon, blue, last week and it needs a TO bearing. Found the clutch kit, gonna install it this weekend or next. now i found another wagon, 2wd, for like 500 from my friends used car dealership, but it is runnign pretty good as she is. The only problem is it bogs reall bad at stop...like it is choking out. it is dpfi(which i know isnt helping any) but i think it may be a good buy still. the plugs, wires, rotor, distributer cap, fuel filter all have been replaced and still messing up. do you guys think it would be a common/easy fix?? here are some pics.

    factory usdm roof rack gives it some value... not sure what the bogging could be, though. Maybe the distributor or timing or a vacume leak?

    I had a similar problem with my '87 hatch... it was a vacum leak. I woul love to find a roof rack for mine.
