  • Working on a H center cap for my XXR. I will post pics when I'm done. Coming soon :)

Sorry for the delay, but here's the finish look of these H Caps I'm using now. The XXR I made is a back up if i ever sell the wheels.
These H Center Caps are almost perfect but youll have to do some sanding to make it fit flush and look right. Without doing so force mounting the Caps will be tight fit making it bow and gives you the rinkle look which is ugly. Shaving and sanding is a must on the locking pieces behind the caps that will hold it in place and secure properly. "CAUTION" It's doesn't require as much so becareful on sanding it down.

    Here is the part number:

Here is the finish product of it: With shaving and sanding it a little the Center cap will sit flush and nice :encouragement:.

Hope this help a little.. ENJOY : )

Thanks for checking out my simple build thread..
  • Deciding where to mount gauges?? Not really sure about how it's mounted tho.. I like it coz you can see everything in front of your face but not liking it being so expose calling for attention. NOT GOOD : ( back to the drawing board on this one.

  • I always wanted a oil catch can. Don't want it too big like the one you can buy on ebay so i made my own : )

Made out of 1.5" PVC pipe, JB weld the connectors on it and paint it....

    700.jpg

And there you have it.. Instant oil catch can coated with some high temp paint.

  • D series manifold fit on ZC head but holes dont align right with it so will have to do some grinding and match it. A little grinding on my white mark should do the trick : )

    702.jpg
  • Stretching the legs on the wago and gone up snowboarding with some good friends :)

  • neat build, lots of good ideas man, thx for inspiring

Actually I havent been active on my build lately. But I'll try keep posting more of my crazy ideas :) thanks for checking.
  • Finally able to put some time on my turbo build. Bought a downpipe and did not really fit the way i want to so i have to cut it 3 ways and reconfigure the way how i want it to mount with my build. I added few inches of pipe, relocate O2 sensor and remount flexy pipe.

    1006.jpg.

    1007.jpg.

Test fit turns out to be ok but my only concern is my downpipe being so close to my oil return. No worries tho i think i have a solution for that.

    1008.jpg.

The bung for O2 sensor is relocated as well and i tilted it a little away from the oil pan. That should give me a little room to access O2 sensor when it needed replacement what so ever.

    1009.jpg.

I'm liking the clearance as well with the pipe almost flush with the oil pan bottom. That should clear bump stops and other objects sticking out of the road waiting to do some serious damage.

    1010.jpg.

Not the best weld but it will do.
  • My version of door window visor : )

You are probably going to want a bigger oil catch can, that one will fill up in no time
  • Where did you pick up the bull bar? You said it's a no name for CRV/etc, but any brand name or location where you got it? I'm down in Tacoma and wouldn't mind getting one as well, looks awesome!

Yep.. a bigger one will replace it. But for now will see if this works out. No worries ill check it every now and then. Thanks :)

Yep it is a westin bullbar. Pretty much a universal one :)

Yep its not too bad. Actually tried 3 diff types of visor and this finally fit with little amount of cutting and griding.
  • where'd you get them window visors?

    Ebay cost me $35.00 :)

Off of 98 to 06 Nissan Fathfinder, it will need a little cutting and grinding but not that hard. A drimel tool is handy on this project :)

sweet, I'll have to keep that in mind. I'm a little off from doing too much with the physical appearance of my car, but glad there is a cheaper option for the look :)

Hey great build man. saw your wing and was wondering how u removed the original flat hatch piece.
I looked on mine, no clear bolts/clips.
my question is where are the attachment locations to the stock wagon "trim" on the hatch.

    Thanks man,
    Godspeed and build hard

If you are trying to remove stock spoiler all you have to do is pop black cover on the hatch door where the third light is at. Then take out 3
Bolts, lift the stock spoiler a little bit then pull it towards you. It should slide out and there you go. I'm going to redo mine and make it more
Flush and even looking more stock. Show me some pics of your spoiler when you get done thanks.
