having trouble with my hazard lights!

Just like the title says, im having some issues with my hazards. Both of the blinkers work just fine, no problem there. When i have one of the blinkers on and switch on the hazard switch the blinker will cut off and neither will work. Also if i switch on the hazard switch and then try a blinker it wont work either. I've already checked the main fuses and its n them. obviously its not the bulbs since the blinkers work. I don't know if its the flasher since the blinkers still work? thanks for any help you can give me.
