obd2 motor, obd1 ecu, obd0 harness?

I'm getting rid of this chopped up mess of a stock harness and running a clean slightly tucked harness. I plan on hiding the fuse box that sits on the passenger side in the engine bay, up behind the glove box. I'm just not sure how to go about it.
Anyone thats tucked or ran a mil-spec harness help me out here.
