i dont know if my tranny is bad or if this is normal

I have searched and am still searching but thought yall could point me in the right direction and help a noob out. i have a 91 rt4wd manual and when i put my car on the lift and put it in first my front right and both rear wheels were spinning as they should but my front left wheel wasnt. now first off i dont know much if any about the rt4wd system. ive read about it but dont understand really...

when the car is off and i go to spin the right wheel the left wheel spins opposite but when i spin the left front wheel all the others follow suit. i dont know if this is normal and this is how its supposed to be but im concerned because i dont know the difference. im continuing my search as always but if yall could help explain it all to a degree that i can understand i would be very appreciative

    I wanna say it's normal since our cars don't have LSD in the transmission or the rear differential. I could be wrong though.

    hey man. whats the part number for those mirrors you got? ive been looking for them for so long... hell ive been trying to get a part number for them even lol

    ive keeping seeing things about open diffs but dont really understand how they work... can someone inform me? or expain in a way i can understand?

    Sounds normal, you have open diff on the front so with no resistance only one wheel spins, the RT4WD system sees this as one wheel loosing traction so kicks in the rear diff.
