ok so here goes I've been following this website for about a year or so but never really had any interjects mostly due to not having permission to post (dont get me wrong i understand it) but it seemed like when i had something to say and it got approved it was past the topic anyway. I live in west texas and there is NO hondas out here so im always on craislist and SearchTempest.com (tip for new guys) looking for a wagon and finaly found one about 4 hours south of me and bought it sight unseen with very little details for $800 these are the pics the owner sent me.ive been wanting to build a car from the ground up so here goes. I pick it up Saturday wish me luck.

After searchin 3 junkyards looking for civic sedans and hatches we desided to go to one more and whala a 89 civic wagon!! I thought this thing would have been destroyed on the inside but all it was is dusty and one row back a 90's volvo with the lip!!

here are some pics of the wagon that had 90xxx miles on her the only spot of rust was right below the rear drivers side tail light





and here is the interrior im pulling out of it today no rips at all and it still had the original floormats

So it looks like I will be just following you guys a little longer the guy that was selling the wagon backed out on me. He disconnected his phone and deleted me from facebook. He took my money and ran. It was only 50 dollars that i put down on it but its thhe point of the matter. I dont know if im mad or sad I just really have been looking for a wagon for a long time. Sorry guys looks like ill be riding the pine a little longer.i think im going to wait to find a RT4WD. untill then im just going to build up parts.

Good story then the end sucks. Sorry man youll find the one for you. To bad people suck these days. The one in the yard doesnt look bad see if you can get it cheap and build it...man it has an oem cassette player and confused is it an rt? It has power stearing just a thought

little update for you guys i went back and grabbed a bunch of stuff off the junkyard wagon i took the seats front and back full interrior (super clean) dash, cluster,carpet ,floor mats,casette player (keep it old school Im going to hook up a ipod jack in the back) hood, trim, front flaps, and plate holder, full set of tail lights, and drivers corner. ill post up some pics later its storming pretty good right now.

Im tryin man but i think im going to hold out for a m/t now i was going to swap it for that price. I sold my truck so i have about 8k now to throw at a wagon. The reson i want a little beatup one is because its going to be a complete DIY car from the bodywork up end goal is a 350hp wago. guy wont sell it tried

I'm sooo disappointed. Found a wagon for sale about 3 hours from where I live called the guy told him I would take in no questions I just need him to hold it till Friday and I'll pick it up and I would give him a extra 100 dollars than he was asking. I tell him about all the parts and how ppl keep falling through on me. He said no problem he's got me covered 2 hours later he says his buddy is going to buy it this weekend sorry.

I need some help here guys
