Just wondering if that would be the throwout bearing in my rt4wd if so how hard is it to replace on these btw its when I push in and let out that the noise comes.

so it only happens when you're NOT pushing the clutch?

When I push in the clutch and somewhat when I let out.

Probably is the release bearing, but just buy a complete clutch kit.
REMEMBER, though: the RT has a different TO bearing than any other d-series.
edit: I suspect that the bearing is the same as one for a DA Integra. I had one laying on the bench that matched up, and I
think
that's what it was.
