Exhaust reroute?

Hey I was wondering if it's a good idea or not to reroute the exhaust where the awd driveshaft goes? Since I have no plans of swapping to awd I thought whynot for some extra clearance since my car is slammed. Lol. AND bc my muffler broke off on the free way with someone in the backseat so might as well change things up now.

Here u can see where I'd like to reroute. Let me know if it's a good idea or not. All I kno is that it'll cover the shifter if I wanted to change it?

not a bad idea mine used to drag ass when i took a super hard left turn but my car was slammed and 2 1/2 exhaust made it even closer to the ground....

I did It on m y wagon.. I have no plans to do awd and since I have a b20 swapped in my wagon I did 3" mandel bent full exhaust all the way from header back... fits very nice down the awd tunnel as well as over the rear support and out at a clean angle ! I try to post a pic if I can.. I'm on my phone so it might not work it I get home and jump on my computer!

Very nice guys! Haha I guess I'll try and tackle this then. How about if I want to install a short shifter? I'd probably have to do that before I get that exhaust tucked in there huh?

A little late but this is my setup
