My first Honda

A few months ago I decided to buy a car that get good gas millage. I wanted something with some head room and was easy to work on, so I bought a 1989 Honda Civic Wagon for 1500 with a rebuilt motor. The car has 250K
and is mostly straight with dirty interior

THE GOOD

Its a wagon
It runs and drives


THE BAD

Burns mass amounts of oil

So far I’ve put a alarm in with auto door locks and a stereo with hands free blue tooth, seat cover, and 2 new tires

    I have to say welcome to the Honda family!!! you wont regret it and you have a great car in your hands. As far as the oil burning goes you should check if the engine was really rebuilt because that doesnt sound right.

    Hmmmmm........just thinking out loud here but maybe you should fix the burning oil problem first.
