My 89 Wagon

I saw it at Craigslist and i bought her for $300 last summer. 180k and a broken timing belt. Luckily, none of the valves were bent and it runs smooth after the timing belt was replaced.

Sorry, this is the only picture i took when it arrived at my house.

  • Looks like you've got alot done on it already, and it looks good. Not my preference painting the trim body color, but looks good nonetheless. Keep us updated!

thanks guys for a comments! trying to do smoethign different with the molding so i got them painted.

about the upholstery, i went to the junkyard and strip the seat upholstery, headrest, and steering wheel out of a wagon i had it made overseas. all in all costed me $210. And i installed it back myself when i got it back.

Little update: Cheaper alternative for the OEM rear speakers. :encouragement:

Found a set of rear speakers off an Isuzu Rodeo (95-97 i think) for $20 for the Pair at the junkyard. Also bought a half inch plastic spacer from TAP plastics. Cut the plastic same shape as the speakers metal mount.

mount installed using a threaded rivets riveted inside the cars frame.

    Speaker installed :smug:
