Check engine light does not show up at all anymore? Why?

Hello, I own a 1991 Honda civic DX Wagon. It is 5speed, i have a 1.6L swap in it making the ecu obd1. I was at a drive thru getting food and my car shut off and didnt want to turn back on. The check engine light does not show up at all for some reason, and before it did.... I'm wondering why this is happeneing? Please help me out if you can..........Thanks!

    95% on ignition switch if its still trying to turn over and the main relay is fine
