B-Swap Mount doesn't fit B20: resolved

So in the picture below is the stock B18 mount on the left and the B20 bolted on the motor to the right with the B swap mount attached. I cannot put the B18 mount that connects to the motor on the B20 as it is sized differently and has a different bolt pattern. My B swap mount (on the B20 in this picture) is fits the B18 but not the B20. I have 2 issues I can see here: The B20 has the 2 bolts that connect to the B swap mount in different locations (causes the mount to be crooked) and it is way shorter than the B18 motor mount. I'm getting ready to drop the motor tomorrow and I was shocked as these mounts are supposed to be universal for the B-series.

To alleviate the issue you can see in the stellar depiction below, (chassis mount is short of B20 motor mount and the bolt pattern is off) I was thinking I could put a plate under the mount that connects to the B20 engine to extend it out and drill out the mount that connects to the chassis to straighten it or I could make an extension plate with 4 holes in it to connect the chassis mount to the stock B20 mount. I don't want to waste money on another "B to EF" mount that won't fit the B20.

Now that I look at the pictures, I wonder if this has anything with the B20 being a JDM motor and RHD.

it's all good, just pull the timing cover and swap the mount in your left hand onto the b20.

Thanks for the reply bam-bam but the B18 mount I have has a 3 bolt pattern and is triangular shaped and the B20 has a 2 bolt pattern and is square. I'll see if I can rig it up though or maybe a USDM B20 mount will have the correct bolt pattern to block but will extend out similar to the B18 mount. If I had a welder I would just combine the 2 mounts (B18 and B20) so it would bolt to the block and the B swap mount. I think the motor mount companies are a bit deceitful saying that there mounts work on all B to EF's.

I must have just looked at the B20 mount bracket too quickly. I retract my deceitful comment, Innovative just got back to me and said that yes the B18 motor bracket will bolt to the B20. (Which is great considering I only bought their AC bracket and am not even using their mounts). I just have to remove the timing cover which I guess hides the 3rd bolt. So thanks for the information bam-bam...spot on as usual. Woohoo, swap is ready to proceed.
