Gas Gauge acting funny and somehow linked to high beams Vid*

I cant exactly tell if its connected to high beams or low beams because the blue light on the cluster does not even light up. I figured that the fast flashing right turn signal might be because both turn signal lights up at front are busted... like broken so maybe the turn "signal" if shooting twice as fast on the only bulb that works? Hazard switch could just be corroded, I did what someone else suggested on the forum (Switching on and off real quick) It kinda works but just sensitive when i move it forward or back. My real problem is my gas gauge.

I would appreciate any ideas, I had already checked my fuses. Thanks
* new info.
A friend of mine had suggested thatit could.be.a short somewhere down the line. I'm going to try taking out my cluster today and just double check everything to see if there's anything off. I've also been told maybe thevoltage regulator but I don't even know what that is so ill beeping my research today
