Wiring short help!

I just got my b16 swapped wagon hooked up and wired in, but I had a loose power wire hanging in my engine bay that shorted out my system and Im thinking it's pretty bad. My fuel gauge reads almost full (it's not) It wont crank, and when I hit my blinkers, all my cluster lights blink. All of my fuses look good, main relay perhaps? Or could it be my ecu? any advice would be great.

your symptoms sound like you missed a ground wire.

what wire shorted? got a picture?

Everything operated fine just before it happened, and it was my main power wire that contacted my frame rail. I just tried to open my pasenger door (no keys in ignition) and I heard a major buzzing/clicking from behind my glovebox and my power seatbelt was buggin out . I'm afraid I may have really shorted something.
