Starting Problems, need help.

Ok so every once in a while my hid low beam headlights start to flicker while I'm driving and then go away right after.
Also sometimes my wagon won't turn on at all, not even the cluster lights and the dome light, the way I get it to turn over is open and close my door hard. Then right after everything works.
What could be causing this?
Also for like 3 days of rain I drove around without windshield washers, so water went in the engine bay, all these problems started after this incident.
Could anybody help me solve this problem, thanks.

It sounds like a short kinda- with some other mix of gremlins.
pull one electrical connection at a time- dizzy, alt, injectors- make sure every plug is dry and put some electric grease in them
"helps conduction and keeps them dry" factory uses a white lithium grease i think.
If you feel water got in the bay and may be causing the problem.
its a good start and if its not the problem while you are doing it you may find the cause.
