Auto writer who loves small wagons

I'm an automotive writer who is fond of small wagons. One big reason is--I play the upright bass. I owned a 1986 Civic Si (new) and love the hatchback practicality. I'd like to find an early wagon, but any would be great--especially with a manual transmission.
