$100 Turbo rt4wd wagon build

So A few months ago I was driving around milking the clock and I saw a wagon sitting on blocks in a crappy yard. It had been the car I had been looking for since I saw a baby blue caged wagon rolling around town. I left a note with my number and wanted to see if they would sell it. I got the call back and a couple of weeks after that I went and picked up the wagon. It had no rims, no engine, the tranny was in the back. The bumper was off and it was missing random suspension and brake parts. I offered the guy 100 bucks for it and he took it. Has a Clean title too. :D

  • I bought a d16a6 for $120 from my brother in laws bro. Went to the junkyards and bought the necessary brake, suspension parts, and fuel pump ect.. probably spent another $100. Also had to go chase the oil pan down from the previous owner. The biggest headache was not having the exhaust manifold for it. After like a month of working on I started it and drove it home open headers.

  • I threw some dark gray primer on the light stuff just to make it blend in better for the time being.

So I had to get an exhaust and cat welded to pass emissions I fabricated the bottom part of the exhaust manifold to clear the transfer case. The rest was done by an exhaust shop for $100. The muffler was free thanks to my buddies wrecked crx. Also had to get a new ignition switch. the screwdriver wasn't cutting it anymore. $40
