Leak help!!! And hatch help

So for some reason it's been raining like crazy here in Florida. I have a leak coming from the windshield, need to replace the gasket or get it rekaulked or something and some coming from the door. The one leak I do not understand the one coming by the gas pedal, it's not bad but semi constant. Can anybody guess what it is?
Also my hatch sounds like it's open but it's really not, I don't know what to do and I'm sure it's leaking back there too, help please!!!!

I had the same leak by the gas pedal. What I did was took the vent of the bottom of the windshield. It's easy to do, pop out 5-6 clips, Philips screw driver to unsure the screw and 12mm wrench to take off the wipers. Than once the vents off, I had a friend pour some water down were the vent is, while I was inside looking at where I thought the leak was coming from. Found it, took some window and door caulking, and sealed it up, not leaks ever since.

Now the hatch, also had a little bit of the same problem. I checked the weather stripping first, than I adjusted the hatch look. It's 2 Philips screws. You just need to unscrew it enough to adjust it up and down. Than if that doesn't adjust it enough. Look down at the hatch look clip thingy, you have to take the bottom panel off, don't break your clips!! And you'll see another to screws where the hatch lock clips to. You can adjust that also. Take off interior panels on the pillar by the windshield and re caulk it...had the same thing....

Ok so come to find out there is a lake in the back of my care, where the spare tire goes my hatch sounds like its open and now it's leaking? I don't understand (( help
