Si lip

AWD Wagon

Can anyone tell me what modifications need to be done to get the Civic Si lip to fit on my wagon. My friend at Honda told me it would be too short to cover the bumper on the wagon???? Thinking about getting a new one for $70.00 CDN.

i always presumed the wagon front bumper was the same as the hatch bumper?

That's what i thought but my friend who is a Honda/Acura parts manager said this:
"The Si one is $75. Is this for the wagon? If so I think they are a bit to short to fit all the way around the bumper."

Just wanted someone to clarify before I purchase one.

its been done before, so it will fit. i believe that is one of the ones that will not need any cutting.

88-91 civic/crx Si
94-95 accord
'89 integra

those are the ones that will fit with the least modification. there have been others(EK lip), and talk of others fitting(VW lip from older passat or jetta, i forget which one)

most of the time, people at the dealership wont know much about the wagon. many people on here have had experience on this. they say something wont fit, but it really will. not saying your buddy doesnt know his stuff, but we got the wagonn know-how pretty much on lock here.

go to a junk-yard first before you buy one for that much. you would swing by with a lip for near free if you look at the junkie

the ef si lip will fit with out cuting. look at my pics in the members rides. hope you was not talking about the si coupe.
